Our house is on a quiet lane in Bovec, a 4-minute walk from the square. We renovated it from top to bottom in 2020. Each apartment has its own entrance, a kitchen and a view of the mountains. You park at the house.

Which apartment suits you?
Apartments 1 and 2 are on the second floor, each on two levels: the kitchen and living room below, the bedroom above in the attic. Apartment 3 is on the first floor and has two bedrooms.

Under the roof
The mountains in the roof window
The bedrooms of Apartments 1 and 2 are in the attic. Through the roof windows you see the mountains above Bovec. In Apartment 1 there is also a wooden platform with cushions below the window.

Both have a wooden railing, a table and chairs and a view of the mountains.

A quiet lane, 4 minutes from the square
Our house is on Kot, one street back from the main road. You can walk to the café, the supermarket, the pharmacy and the square, and reach the Soča by car in a few minutes.

Stairs, parking, balconies and air conditioning
01Stairs
Stairs and a sloping ceiling
All three apartments are upstairs and there is no lift. In Apartments 1 and 2 a second staircase leads up to the attic bedroom, where the ceiling slopes over the bed.

02Parking
The parking is tight
Parking at the house is free and needs no reservation, but space is short. A smaller car makes it easier.

03Balcony
Apartment 2 has no balcony
You see the mountains through the roof windows. Apartments 1 and 3 have a balcony. If outdoor space matters to you, choose one of those.
04Air con
Apartment 3 has no air conditioning
Apartments 1 and 2 have air conditioning. Apartment 3 on the first floor does not; all three have heating.
